What to expect at our 9.30 service

Whether you have never been to church before or are a regular, we would love to see you at St Peter's and aim to make everyone feel comfortable. You will be welcomed on arrival by a member of our Welcome Team, who will also give you a notice sheet. Everything you need during the service will appear on the screen and you will be told when it is time to go up for Communion. Coffee, tea and biscuits are provided in the church hall after the service.

We love having children in our services, so don't worry about noise if you're bringing young children. We run Tots (for 0-4s) and Junior Church (for primary-aged children) in our church extension during the 9:30 service, but the children stay in the main service for the first 10 minutes. These groups consist of activities, fun and age-appropriate teaching (all overseen by our full-time Children's Worker, Helen Price). More information about these groups can be found here.
