CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Children of all ages are very welcome at St Peter's. There are a number of different groups and activities for children and young people usually taking place during our Sunday services and throughout the week. See below for more details.
We're delighted that from Sunday 25 April 2021 our Junior Church and Tots groups can restart at the 9.30am service. Details of how these groups will be Covid-secure and what to expect when you come can be found here.
Tots takes place during our 9.30am service. 0-4s can enjoy songs, toys and simple activities. We are all together in Church for the first 10 minutes or so, then the little ones go through to the Church Hall for Tots.
During our 9.30am service there is a group for primary school-aged children (roughly 5s-11s) for fun, age-appropriate, interactive Bible teaching. We are all together in Church for the first 10 minutes or so, then the children go through to the Church Hall for Junior Church.
Baptism & Thanksgiving
At St Peter's we offer two ways of celebrating the arrival of a new baby in the Church: Thanksgiving or Baptism. Click here to find out more about both.
Pre-schoolers and their carers are welcome every Thursday morning in term time for activities, games, songs and Bible teaching. Join us at 9.15am for a late breakfast of toast, pancakes and coffee. Donation of £3. CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID.
Mon 23rd - 26th August 2021
