I hope all of us have been prompted to reflect on how racism is not just an issue in the States but a problem in our nation, our churches and, however insidiously, in our own hearts. I suspect it will be a particular blind spot for those of us living in a majority-white community and something we will need to go on thinking about and addressing. Below are some resources on the topic, as well as other things you might find useful or encouraging.

Something to read... George Floyd: a white Christian's response
Something to watch... How to witness in a lockdown
Something to sing... 50 countries united by suffering, song and their Saviour
Something to build... For those with wayyyy too much time on their hands
Something to lament... Moving poem on the ongoing experience of racism

Here is an online event happening on Tuesday at 7:30pm that might be of use to some:

'Christian perspectives on grief and death in Covid-19'
